I just received my ASUS Zenphone 5 today. But to my total dismay, the phone, about which I have read such rave reviews, just would not switch on. I have been using an Xperia Pro for more than 2 years now, but this is just exasperatingly bad performance. When switched on, the screen lights up to an off-while color, flickers for a while and goes dark. It is just not booting up. Man, this is frustrating. ASUS guys, please help, or someone. I am getting it replaced for a new one, or getting a refund otherwise.

first day Battery life was not good,but now it can hold 22 hours..I think it takes sometime to increase battery life..

Karan, 20 Aug 2014Hello guys..i m really intrested to buy this device but i h... morecamera is superb. now again asus updated their camera at the firmware level as well as app lavel. yes initially when this phone released, it's flash light was poor in intensity but later it was corrected through fota update. now they given update for front camera also. you can buy it without doubt.

I used trimmed sim card but it's edges are not shaped properly and used to jammed in side, after that i trimmed properly around the edges, then problem solved. It may not be same for you.

Microsoft will not extend their android development for Nokia X series phones. Now they will clear their stocks. Zenfone 5 is under active development and will continue. Other things you decide. Choice is always yours.

Hello guys..i m really intrested to buy this device but i have some dbt on camara quality.I know its a 8mp but some where i found that camara is really dull in low light area even with flash .cheak out on "Nakul Khanna" pron and cons video.so who experiance this device please provide me some info. I'm planing to buy a new cell phone and my budget is around 10K and i m already a nexus 7c user
So m confided in Nokia xl and Asus zenfone 5 ( these both r in my budget )
So any1 cen suggest me that watch can I do..?
Becaz Nokia is an trusted company and m using Asus product
But in zenfone 5 review I saw that people are saying that its call quality is very poor

Ranjit, 20 Aug 2014I am not able to connect 3G network and internet connection... moreGo to settings->more->mobile network->access point name->click on provider name you are using->then choose APN name(If not found any apn name then add APN manually for your service provider)-> click save and activare.
Then go back and click on network mode-> then uncheck "Use only 2G network" if found checked under your service provider name.

Alwyn, 20 Aug 2014How to connect wifi in zenfone 5. Im getting error in page.Its simple. Go to setting - Wifi - Turn on Wifi- Select the network And give the wifi network password if require.
Then also it will not work then check the Wifi network with different device.

V can use Pendrive and USB keyboard and mouse through the OTG cable.

Zenfone 5 has 2 GB Ram and Excellent 8MP Camera, Big Screen, Good build quality.
And big advantage is Zenfone 5 storage can be expand up to 64GB.
