i bought this phone about a week ago and i using only 1 sim card..a bit disappointing due to keep showing me sim card not available!! any idea or any setting to do

im using zenfone 5 for 1 month,, everything is ok until i find out..
my phone cannot to pc, it only shows charging status

Now am using Zenfone 5. It works really good & sharp. Battery as usual like all smart phones. If use continuously with net means it will come minimum 8 hrs. Normal usage with net means it will come minimum 14 hrs.
I faced one problem like phone heating when playing games only. So, if any solution for prevent the heat when playing games??

Useless Customer Service & useless dealers....By experience!!
Dnt buy this phone!! Dnt go on Specifications to buy... every technology has its limits to bear u cnt put everything in one & battery is the Heart of Mobile!!
