I and also my friends experiencing the same issue.Also you can face the issues in charging the mobile.Some times ,you will see that your charger is charging other phones but not charging yours.This is not an issue with the charger but with the phone it self.when you will restart the phone the charging will start.also the orange light that lights when you charge your mobile will continue to blink after you have disconnected the charger.
Bakvas phone h ye....don buy.
I am not a person who is just posting here to make a bad image of ASUS but sharing my real experience.
Please improve the quality of you product ASUS and also add more service centres

Very bad experience with Asus Zen phone 5,the battery is very poor and it has problems with the charging as well.
also there are many technical defects in it..
Don't buy this phone
This is not only my opinion, this is an opinion of four people(other three family members are also experiencing the issues )

back button is not working some times..and cant hear the ring tone even if it is normal mode....some times phone is getting hanged.

Nice phone with cheaper price.
i mostly use this phone do remotely my PC during hangout. the Intel Atom CPU are awesome. even latest qualcomm and MTK having trouble for daily task.

then find your own SKU version of android L (one of WW or TW for android L for now) version no.: 3.23.40.52
follow the instructions in "Steps of Update" there.

I regret buying this phone. If you are happy with only 3 hours of battery use then fine. I have to underclock the device (from 1600mhz to 800mhz) to get five hours of continuous use. Don't use intel processors for smart phones, sucks ass big time.
