Bought the 2GB RAM version in Taiwan.
So far, very very impressed.
No heating or battery issues at all (but then again, I updated as soon as I got it. For those with such issues, I suggest updating).
For its price, there's really no beating this phone. My only complaint is the big size which is something I'm not exactly used to, but I've grown to like that as well so...
All in all, well done, ASUS. The great specs and budget price can only add pressure on the other companies to step up their game. It's a win-win situation for us consumers!

iam in indonesia, and ive pre order the phone from april, and now asus said that this phone will come to indonesia in may... but now?? nooo.. i havent got my phone yet, asus is damn wanted in this country... i hope i can get this phone this june, if not, iam going to search another phone

Dont buy this phone, very very hot temperature and battery drain. Problem with after sales and hard to claim in service centre, the toucshcreen error (touch point) after temperature hot.

pipis, 27 May 2014i wanna buy this and i wanna ask you all, can this phone mo... moreOnce the app is removable you can. You and set the phone in setting to move all apps to SD. Go to settings, then storage, then click SD. Once the app can be move, it goes straight to the SD Card...

This phone is MOST WANTED in Indonesia. Almost all gadget hunter is looking for it. They were promised that the phone would be available by the end of May, but this phone status now isn't a ZenFone but ZonkFone, none of Indonesian shop sell any of this FUC*IN phone

Just bought this zen 5. Previous Samsung Grand user. spec 8GB,1GB ram, 2ghz dual core. Zen5 much more faster view gallery, open email attachment not superslow like grand,no hang/restart like grand,smooth like iphone.screen,picture lost to grand.battery fails like grand.
