Anonymous, 26 May 2014Ive face the same problem.using umobile and just bought thi... morego to settings and go to more under wireless and network,go to mobile networks and go to network mode...turn on 2g mode for the umobile sim slot...see if that helps you ??

I'm u mobile user and I facing same problem too. Look like this is firmware bug before update to latest firmware all work fine. Worse thing is can't roll back to previous version. Hope they fix it soon

Ive face the same problem.using umobile and just bought this zenfone 5 for 3 days.when i want to receive call the line bar go to x and after a few seconds its going fine but still cant receive call anf going call..anyone using umobile?if u must change to maxis or what?

Aiks... how come Asus dont like Vincent Tan... I tried with maxis. It is working well... Did someone tried Digi before?

can't use 3G in both sims sometime , if sim1 3G , sim 2 should be 2G .....

receive or make a call, the signal bar shows a (x) logo with the sim card logo turning into green...after few seconds will be ok - THIS HAPPEN ON MY UMOBILE WHEN ON 3G
H/H+ MODE , WHEN I SWITCH TO 2G MODE , WORK FINES
*** WHEN I USE MAXIS NO PROBLEM AT ALL .

I just tried viber...called my friend, he says my voice echoing whenever i speak...i thought it was the microphone being faulty so i tested on normal voice recorder and skype voice test, both also recorded perfectly...im using unifi vip 5 so it cant be slow internet connection...any ideas on this issue

im facing the same issue over here...data, messaging and other apps working fine...the moment i receive or make a call, the signal bar shows a (x) logo with the sim card logo turning into green...after few seconds will be ok...anyone else facing the same issue...btw i tested my sim on another phone,worked fine
