This is a very urgent one.pls some body reply.I've a small problem in my mobile,that when any calls I receive I can't hear the other person talks and they too can't hear me...so if I put the call in hold and again deactivate the hold,then I also can hear and the other person also can hear after doing this process....pls give me a solution...pls ..urgent

worst phone
Heating Problem
battery backup is not good
if u play game 5 to 10 min it starts heating..
soung quality is very low..

It's not a rocket but quite OK.
Positives:
- Video quality is excellent.
- Large display
- Camera acceptable
- good sound
- Battery lasts for 3-4 days assuming the Mobile Network is disabled. Otherwise you need to recharge it twice a day. No problem using Wi-Fi.
Negatives:
- continuously updating
- too many annoying applications

anonymous, 21 May 2015is this the good idea for me to buy this phone for my first time?using the zenfone 5 and I seriously repent as to why I bought this phone. Not at all worth ,only one can boast is the RAM size ,battery is horrible and camera is not that worth.

After latest update facing hearing problems while incoming otherwise outgoing is ok....
It's a amazing phone overall..
Only weak battery and weak glass display are the cons.

The problem of updating bridge/kernel of lollipop cause incoming call freeze
solution-
turn on the "dail-pad touch tones" in setting-sounds
and try again the problem will be gone
