i`ve purchased this product..but why the battery is very quick to use.. I thought it was 18 hours but it`s almost 3 to 4 hours battery lifetime when i always use..why why why....
plsss. inform me if somebody knows about that problem...

i have purchased asus battery is very very poor. mobile hanging. one sim slot ok other than sim slot calls cut in one mintue.

I have been using Asus Zenfone 5 16gb for more than 2 weeks. I really like it. The only problem I had so far is the battery and heating at the rear camera area. But it is a really good phone.

Can someone help me. I'm having a difficult time trying to figure out what's wrong with my zenfone 5. It automagically turns off whenever I try to unlock it then I had difficut time turning it on, I had pushed the ON button several times but it doesn't work.

i have bought ASUS zenfone it has very amazing features.at starting i faced some problems like battery back up, but after using some days i didn't feel any problems with respect to that.
it is very slim very much suitable to youth to carry
,to take selfies,amazing features...........

I request to dont buy any ASUS phones. The ASUS service is very patatic. I gave my phone for Servicing on 24th April till now there is no feedback or response. Very bad service and very bad quality.
Other mobile companies are giving very good service.
