My asus zenfone 5 keep shutting itself sometimes and it will auto unlock my screen..this has been bugging me for about 3 month..anyone could help me solve this problem?

i have been using this mobile for last 4 months.the performanse of phone is extraordinary,i didn't noticed any lagging.the camera quality is also awesome,the battery backup is better for normal usage.i played hd games like asphalt 8,vice city,mc4,mc5,bia3 in all these the phone performance is extraordinary,it plays all games without struck as it has 2gb ram.the phone does not heatsup for normal usage like browsing,making calls,shooting videos.if you play heavy games for more than 30 minutes the phone heats upto 44˚c which is common problem in all mobiles.except this the phone is simply awesome.

I have brought an Asus Zenfone 5 of 16gb.
Excellent working. Good backup battery. Good clarity.
Its working fantastic...
one suggestion for friends,
for good battery backup, go to apps and remove the apps which are running.

i have been using zenfone for 2 months .the problem is that i cannot switch it on after shutting it down..i has to wait for hrs to restart it...also it is not getting charged when phone is switch off... it is getting hanged when using mesenger....i had also seen these kind of problems with my friends new zenfones what could i doooo....

I have Zen 5 . I want to know whether I can charge the Battery everyday and make it 100% charged? My friend says it is to be charged only when the charge goes below 2%

i use many phones..but this one? its a challenge for me to make the battery life for 2days,it takes me 1day. Unlike my other phones that can be alive with 2 days and a half..
i use the other phone and this phone with same usage.
The battery of the z5 is the only problem and the speaker is a little bit low.. i dont know if the intel or the pre loaded asus apps kills the z5 battery..
Zenfone 5 owner needs a justice.. We need update to solve this problem. asap. :)
Btw its a great phone.. But the battery is a showstopper.
Charge again and again.

Will any body help me to say how i can use 3g service in asus zenfone 5 ? what to do with setting. I am not getting 3g option any where. I purchased it recently. Please..

I purchased new zenfone 5 couple of days back ..... after using for not more than two months my fone, when turned on, does not indicate it is charging. similarly,when it is turned off, it is not indicating that it is charging, but when i turned it on it was somewhat charged, which means there is no problem with the battery or charger...
I also did hard reset truce to the phone but no cure.... I am tense what to do... if not hard reset.
Please help me out from this problem as this is my new mobile phone and feeling disappointed now....

AV, 25 Mar 2015Heating overly,can anyone suggest how to reduce it?check for latest fota/app update for smoother operation, also heating depending upon cpu/ram usage check for background running app, stop ore remove it if of no use, keep auto sync off and ultra power saving mode on.

Why does the battery disch... morein smartfone many apps running in background without starting it, keep minimum apps, and check for background running apps, also some apps running even in sleep mode, so suggest you to keep it in ultra power saving mode

Ks, 22 Mar 2015I don't know what happen to my phone, once my phone connect... moremay due to FW bug, update to latest kitkat version 4.4.2 having least issues also check for apps update after fota update
