amp, 25 Jun 2014Apparently the Facebook app is not working!!!!! Huge disapp... morei have zenfone 6 facebook, whatapp, viber, omlet chat, hike and every messenger all working fine.. device never heated after watching hd movies also. screen clearity is superb and camera is also working fine just battery is alittle drain but over all a very nice phone.. love it Asus

The battery of Asus Zenfone5 I bought for Rs.10 k lasted only for 15 months. Since the battery is not removable I had to throw away the phone. Pl. do not buy Asus phones and waste your precious money.

At the end of 2015 (1+ year after purchase) a lot of phones have bricked, no boot, no repair mode. Tons of complains on ASUS forums, especially TW.
ASUS don't want to take responsibility for this fail, extend warranty or fix those massive problems.

Don't buy Asus phones. It is cheap but unreliable. After a year, my Asus Zenfone 5 A500KL could not boot. Brought it to the service centre and they diagnosed that the motherboard was spoiled. Warranty is over and i had to pay S$232 for replacement + S$80 labour cost. Not worth the money.

I used this phone too,. Just one problem where i found there, the procesor eat too much energy from the battery 😧

I have upgraded my A500KL Lollipop without problems, the problem of SD card not inserted occasionally happens to me too, but just restart seems a quick solution, what bothers me most is that sometimes mysteriously the SIMCard goes become unconnected in the night and the device is offline... for this i must switch off the device for 1 minute then restart. For both bug i have didn't found at the time any ASUS solution, i'm waiting for a new upgrade of OS by ASUS, in hope the bugs are resolved. Except a relative slowness to call, the phone works very well.
