Hi guys, my SKU is TW, i tried everything to update my phone to LP, but didn't work.
i already tried the manually update, try to paste the file on the Root directory folder but not pemitted to paste the file to the said folder.
anyone please suggest... thanks in advance...

Those who are having SKU-WW first update your firmware from phone. Now go to ASUS website and then to driver and manual. Scroll down till you find lollipop update released on 31/05/2015. Download the zip file in your phone. cut it and paste to the root directory. restart your phone and follow the instructions appears on screen. Use a wifi connection as the file size is 700mb+.

Im using asus zenfone 5 501 CG last 2month . How to update lollipop. Last weeks i got two updates first 1 104 mb and 2nd one is 97 mb . I wnt lollipop updates so plz help me how to update lollipop

I'm using this phone since 5 months and I have only one word to say about it 'awesome' the camera of this phone is really great which is only 8mp but it feels like a 13mp camera the 2gb ram really makes it fast and I'm not facing any heating or hanging problem. The phone is having corning gorilla glass 3 ,even my phone fall from the 1st floor and it is working smoothly even the screen doesn't crack. The phone is also very slim...... Keep it up asus......

I would say it worth updating to Lollipop for little more battery life...!

Hey guys I am running on KitKat and the everything is running flawlessly but I saw that Lollipop update is there in Asus' website, so should I upgrade? The only reason I want to upgrade is because of better battery life (because on KitKat it is not good, very mediocre), as Lollipop has Google's Volta project integrated. Those who have updated already to LP from KK, could you guys confirm that battery is indeed better or not? If yes, to what extent?

After installing Lollipop it is taking too long to charge it full. Battery temperature is also rising rapidly. What should I do to solve this problem

good phone for gaming purpose and battery backup is not good.Both secondary and primary cameras are not efficient.Having a 2gb ram is a plus point.
