hello guys, i wana ask here why my zenfone 6 was unable to install facebook app from playstore? everytime i finished download this app, it will apperared "duplicate apps".. anyone here has experience this issue? my zenfone already have facebook apps (ASUS version) but its totally sucks and unable to uninstall it. so.. How?

Radio is available. Dont to upgrade for getting lollipop... That waste your battries (drain batt)

It's a amazing phone battery performance is very good even continuously working internet 5 hrs to 6 hrs in a normal usage 1.5 days . Ram performance is very good no lacking in this phone thanks for asus

is normal getting hot u have a big cpu.. is like a normal computer when u force the cpu he get hot in that case u dont have a fan or any cooling sistem like a computer... getting hot is no different for , he still working fast without lag is enought!

Hey,I'm using zenphone 6 too.Its already 1 year since I bought it,everything is good in it. One thing I foundvis that it's easily getting hot and becomes even hot when I'm using it. So it's really one bad thing.

DXN, 17 Jun 2015I bought zenfone6, 3 weeks ago. During charging why its alw... moreSame thing happened to my Zenfone 6. I charged it for 2 hrs. but my battery was only 42 percent. It's also hot. I checked the battery under settings and found the problem. That time my zenfone 6 was still running jellybean. I found that the phone didn't hand up. When I checked the battery, it says I had a total of 3 hrs of phone conversation even I only had 2 minutes of call time. Weird but it seems the phone didn't end my call even when I put it on stand by. That was the reason why it's hot and charges so slow.
I updated to kitkat and the problem seems to disappear. If you're still running jellybean and you noticed your phone is charging very slow, try to restart your phone, then charge it again. Hope this helps.

Alphonse, 16 Jun 2015My phone often force to shut down due to over heat, anyone ... morethats not because of heat its a known issue. try disabling the lockscreen. if this fixes it download a lockscreen from the play store.
it can also be another app causing this so delete apps one by one to see which causes it.
i think its because of the x68 platform this Phone runs on which causes some issues.

I bought zenfone6, 3 weeks ago. During charging why its always takes long time. Means very slow. Example from 20% till 100% need to wait for around 5-6 hours.

Go through reviewsin different sites....it will give u an idea...
I have been usin this phone for 7 months and i m satisfied abt it....
Performance,camera,software...are goods and has minor flaws like...
1 no backlight for front keys
2 apps get updated 2-3 times
3 front camera is 2 mp.....
but for evry phone u will find somethings like these....
so go through web, compare ur likes, and select one.....

(2)Yes the Phone can take long to charge but then again it lasts really long.
I think they went for a safe slower charge with this Phone to increase the lifespan of the battery.
i charge it overnight and it lasts me several days do no issue there.
(3)Mine does this aswell but i think this is intended as a feature. after all when calling you dont need your screen draining battery.
A tap on the power button should turn it on again.
the other problems are personal preferences. the device isnt actualy that heavy for a 6 inch device and yes its hard to carry arround at times. i bought myself a lg G2 for the summer months as it doesnt fit in my pants. but its still a exceent device for the winst where i have bigger pants pockets and a jacket on hehe.

hi,
i bought this cell phone from showroom for 17500rs after a week i face lot of problems
main drawbacks
1)signal problem
2)battery wont get fully charge until i keep for 5hrs charging
3)while in call suddenly display in off mode
4)hard to carry on pocket
5)too weight
6)worst asus service center in hyderabad

Mine stays cold just fine but i have the 1.6 ghz version. my bro had the 2ghz and no issue either. people should stop complaining about heat its a non issue.
