now its flickering, 5 times a day I have to restart it.
and it "fires" messages Google App. Stop, Whatsup App. Stop. etc. etc.
so now I know I'll never buy any ASUS Fon anymore, they are good in motherboards
not smartphoneS this is too big for ASUS.

sometime when i charging battery, after i turn off the charger..i see the battery symbol still charging..cant i know what the problem with my asus zenfone 6?

hi why iam unable to using facebook app at google playstore error is unfortunately facebook has stopped
and more again fail to updated system android may anyone helps

I have also encountered these problem DEAD Zenfone 6for a few years.Flash wrong bootimage ..u get blur Logo image.Flash wrong fastboot image will also make u feel like smash these phone.I keep trying every month with new firmware,old firmware etc...But the result finally came to life when i used the full raw firmware with fastboot in it.Damn...i have never feel happiest in my life.Dont give up.

I had the same issue, new phone purchased via ebay last week. Used for 3 days then, phone went dead. Not able to charge, not able to turn on, VERY frustrating. I read many posts on various forums for a solution to no avail. Consulted ASUS, they've confirmed what 'Lester' said in his 7 December 2015 post, the motherboard is terminal. Cost to repair is more than new Zenfone 6! This is my 1st & last ASUS purchase. (thankfully ebay seller gave refund), Nick

I love my Zenfone 6..already 2 years in my hand...try to change with J7 samsung...but too slow compare with Z6...now still using Z6...intel inside

Hi,
I've purchase this phone on 2014, less than a year.. the smartphone had ghost touch, and noisy sound problem. So a have replace new touchscreen and digitizer.. but my zenfone6 cant recover from "death"... This today, every day received email update/info from asus (original) newsfeed.. but the phone already died 3year, without any solution given..
Please dont buy this smartphone.

I've been using my asus zenphone 6 for 2years now and just recently my phone turns black screen with small squares like a chessboard and with digital time only in the display. It happens all of a sudden even if im using it. Please help me fix this problem.

I have been using this phone about 2 years plus.Everything was so far so good.But the battery started to expand until my screen pooping up.. Now I change to xiaomi redmi note 3 pro.Overall this zen6 is good in performance but battery performance not so good.

I love this fon ..the dual..tablet and phone ..so, far sooo good ..3 years already in my hand and im impressed of ds fon..im hoping i will not encounter any difficulties of ds fon

Hi guys can anyone to help and fix the problem i encountered in my phone asus zenfone 6. My phone is late to response the application specially in my anti virus and a few minute my phone can display a second by black screen.... i see my phone is can be function because the button of back and minimize can vibrate and i know the phone is functional and a few second the phone can be reboot by it self.....
I try to make a function of the anti virus the process can be>>black screen display then>> it auto reboot >> the function is executed by exit can not open..... same to the other anti virus i was installed in my phone....
other than it the phone it will hot at the back of the phone by this function.....
can be help with us.... tnx

I loved my ZenFone 6 when was new, big screen, decent specs, perfect phone! been 2 years with it and in the middle of this year it began with the SD card Problem, unexpected removal of SD card, what a bummer, the option to have expandable memory it's a decision maker when buying this phone, now it's so annoying to have a sd card, I just removed it and went internal memory only, by the way it's becoming unstable, something to do with digitizer or screen, it flickers sometimes, as may become crazy, need to reset or turn it off and on again at least twice in a day, its this programmed obsolescence? Now I doubt to get the new ASUS 3, I had an LG phone before this one and its going to 5 years working flawless, I mean, I needed to change it because the specs were aging and was too slow, but, hey; still working perfect, now my ASUS ZenFone 6 its almost unusable, the relation price value for the ZenFone 6 was very good, but these issues that I suspect its hardware, make me wonder if I must spend more and get a LG V10 instead the ASUS 3 deluxe that I was planning to acquire, take note ASUS, you losing a fan here...

AnonD-596741, 12 Oct 2016my mobile asus_t00g android version 4.3 so how to update je... morehey, i know. go to asus.com then click service then click support then enter your phone model , then click the phone model, and it will show you some options, click the drivers and tools and then click your os, (must be android) then click firmware and download these first choice [Version WW-3.24.40.87(MR13.1 andriod L)] it miust be ww, not cw or tw. ww means worldwide. now download it, it says download from global, click global and it will start to download, then it may take a couple of hours, once it is downloaded connect your phone on your computer, then copy the file to the internal storage, and when you plug out the cord it may notif your phone that there is an update for your firmware and os. so that's it. follow the instructions said by your phone. and it will turn off and update.
