subha, 10 Nov 2014I tried as you said to switch off mobile after fully chargi... morethere is NO fix as this Phone seems unable to fully shash a fresh rom.
asus made a HUGE and terrible error there.
the problem is in the rom and cannot be fixed unless we get a full flash.
the current methods do a OTA flash which simply dont work as they dont replace ALL files.

I just bought Zenfone 6 last two week, charging for half day but batteries not full yet. What should be normal charging time from zero to get full.

my friend want to buy this phone soon and i need some user opinions from u all so pls help me,thanks.1) The camera of the zenfone 6 is good or bad?compare to galaxy mega 6.3 and redmi note? 2)And do the battery life lasts long for simple internet browsing? 3)How was the device performance if compare with galaxy mega 6.3..thanks and hope ur replies! ^_^

great smartphone + powerful processor. playing games smoothly, a bit heating after a few hours playing games but maximum recorded only at 43celcius and that is normal. all app running very smooth, no delay.

-the display is verry briht so no issue with sunlight her...
-kitkat is here so did you even try to update (downgrade) 4.3 is better!
-every Phone will get damage why is that a bad point if EVERY device has it? trouble finding bad points i see...
-heating does not affect battery life bad charge cycles do and there isnt a heating issue at all its normal and every Phone and tablet heats on high usage.

Density is only bad on paper, in real the display is great with very good visibility on sunlight. And last, Gorrila X or Dragontrail, if your screen meet dust with sand, there is no protection, because this material is much ,,harder'' then glass fitted on your lovely phone...

If anyone thinking to get this phone following are the reasons that you should or should not buy this phone.
Should buy because.
1.Wide Display
2.Better Gaming Performance
3.Good For Recording Game Play.
4.Camera Is not bad at all.
5.Cheap in 6-inch display category(except panasonic p61)
Over All every options is available for any type of user.
Should Not buy because
1.Wide Display but pixel density is bad.
2.Annoying to see display in sunlight.
3.Android kitkat 4.4.4 not there.
4.Even with gorilla glass your screen may get damage.
5.Little bit heating problem which will affect on battery life after 6 months.

if your Phone aprears to drain verry fast it might not actualy be draining at all.
Ive done extencive testen and my battery life is consistant but my graph is worthless.
i Always get more then 8 hours 15 min screen on time and over 3 days use on a charge.
However sometimes it apears to drain in notime but its not actualy draining its a irritating bug in the software which can be fixed by restarting the Phone after the charge is complete and you removed the plug.
Also sometimes its not recording screen on time which is fixed by closing the screen for 30 seconds then it will start recording screen on time again...
so even tho it seems to drain fast and your on 3 hours screen on and a few % left which i had yesterday it might still go on for a long time.
infact i spend over 5 hours on the last 2%.
so its only the % display that is bugged it is NOT actualy draining the battery.
so to everyone with batery issues try the Phone untill it shuts off and see if you have the same issue. your battery life might be fine but your display might just be bugged.
This apears to be from updating the Phone (pre kitkat)
if i have a fix (will try manual firmware flash soon) ill let you know but first please give me feedback is this is the same for all of you.

which is better? asus zenfone 5 or 6? i was quite hesitant to buy zenfone 6 because it looks too big when put side by side with 5 plus i have small hands. also, with regards to their specs? are there any significant difference between the 2 or just their screen size? thanks.

I bought this for a few week and i update his firnware to latest firmware and my phone can only browsing 3-4 hours then playing game 2-3 it so bad to me for the browsing
