One way to reduce heat, root the phone and go for cpu underclock.

When charging phones get hot.
When gaming phones get hot.
When installing a bad app that keeps cpu or gpu active Phone gets hot.
But its never hot enough to be unpleasant or dangerous to the Phone unless your made of chocolate and melt over 30 degrees.its a non issue move on EVERY fast Phone has it. PC's get hos tv chips get hot laptops get hot tablets get hot.
its simply as t is and always will be.

Am using zenfone 6
After buying I got an uodate
Now my version is 1.18.40.11
I am checking update but still I don't get any kit Kat update
Am from India...
Can u tell me when my device will get a 4.4 update?

Go to Setting > Storage > cached data to clear it.
Then power off the phone and reboot it.

Siddhu, 03 Oct 2014I am not able to update Kitkat 4.4.2 , after downloading sy... moreI also tried updating my WW version Zenfone 6 (successfully running ASUS_T00G_WW_user_1.18.40.11) to KitKat (4.4.2). I put the user file UL-ASUS_T00G-WW-2.19.40.15-user.zip into the root directory of the internal SD card. It was recognised and I got a system upgrade notification. However the upgrade process terminated about 1/3 of the way through, with a message ending "cannot load volume/misc!". I tried three times to do the upgrade unsuccessfully, always getting the same error. Can anyone help?

secondly go to a website and place a button on the problem place on the screen ((lower right when using keyboard) and press that button.
Obviously make the button as small as passible by using desktop mode to make sure the screen is accurate.
This is to make sure its a keyboard issue and not a touch screen issue.
if touch is not precise on the website it needs to be calibrated or replaced.
I dont have a hidden menu code yet so you have to google that or return it im afraid.
If its precise when not using the keyboard (aka tiny button in browset works) then we need to look at the keyboard app but in that case the other keyboard should also work.

I am using zenfone 6 a601cg wonderful piece but I have 2 issues 1) is heating problem around the camera and 2)problem in touch for example if I press m it writes n if I press l it writes k only keyboard alphabets of right hand side are having this problem ..
Can anyone help me..
