I'm using zen6 for more than a year now. very impress with the performance but battery is draining fast(Not that fast) try to upgrade to 5/5.1 cant update. Try to install fonts but said root the device so, how to root and how to upgrade 4.2.2 to 5.1.2. please help

Hi I am using ASUS Zenfone 6 since 1.5 years. but Yesterday my phone got hot and rebooting frequently. After that till now i am not able turn on my phone. it is not coming up.
Can you please help me to resolve the issue.

I have update Asus Zenfone 6 on 26th Dec,and I am facing an issue, All apps are deleting automatically and it left the Android symbol with SD and when i click on it, it says Apps Isn't available. How come i have lost about 40 Apps.... and it is happening continuously, Today i lost 2 apps,,,,, I thought its my Memory Card but i removed memory card and transfer the apps. Now it is in Phone memory. i Have to re-download.... i dont know what to o.. can any one suggest

Aa. I am havin aa problem of self operating frm past 4 days can any one suggest me aa solution....i have formatted thn also. It s lik tht....if the phone s locked and unlock it will happen lik tht....if the phone is in use for long time ...it s k....y i dnt no its is self operating

mj, 07 Dec 2015hi, my phone's battery was drained. but i tried turning it ... moreTry check the port charger and with the ribbon. My friend have same problem with this phone. He sent to warrant and they change the 1 set of ribbon and port charger. Problem solved.

the biggest mistake ... somebody can make starting from being ridiculed with a million hardware problems to the most disappointing
customer service who have absolutely no clue on whats wrong with your phone......the only thing they do is but replace parts of your phone at the end you actually spend the same amount of money you spent buying the phone on repairs.......

hi, my phone's battery was drained. but i tried turning it on. it powered on and was on for a few seconds then it powered off. i tried turning it on again by pressing the power button for a sec and the battery icon appeared and turned off. I charged it after arriving home but the battery light indicator on the upper left of the phone is not even on. So it's not charging right? do you guys have any idea on what troubleshooting step i need to do to make it work again. it brand new. i purchased it a week ago.

helpme, 03 Dec 2015Does it happens to yr phne when using kitkat? I even reset ... moreFor comparison, my on-screen time only reaches 2.5-3 hrs. when playing online games in kitkat. Now i can reach 4 hours in lollipop with exactly the same online game. When I use my phone with no gaming at all, with no data or wifi, my on-screen time can reach 5 and a half hours. I'm using ShutApp, Auto-Start Manager, and power saver enabled.

I used for a minute and the battery started to lose 1%. I really hope lollipop helps bcs im going for a camp at overseas for 7 days and im sure it's hard to charge my phonee there

You can download the lollipop firmware on these links, depending on the model of your zenfone 6. Read first the notes, as there are several versions categorized according to your device's current firmware...so choose the one intended for your device.
Download the chosen firmware using a pc, and paste it to your sd card once finished. Do not unzip the file. An update notification will show. If the update notification didn't show, try to restart you phone. Hope this helps.

Have been using this phone for more than a year now.
As I really like this phone, it's size, UI and price/performance, I was really disappointed that Asus doesn't have any plans to deliver Marshmallow to Zenfone 4/5/6.
First version Zenfones were released only last year! A year later Asus doesn't have any plans to upgrade them to newest Android version. It's a shame.
Although I really like my Zenfone, thanks to Asus upgrade policy it's more than clear that when I will be looking for a new phone, Asus won't be even considered.

Im using zenfone 6 also and my battery is better in lollipop compared to kitkat. The lollipop update offers better power saver mode and auto-start manager. Also, try to install ShutApp for free from playstore. It works like greenify and it's tested effective based on my usage.
The latest update of lollipop also offers themes. You can now install themes that are compatible to zenfone 2. Try it.

Hi im a student. I have used zen6 for 11 months and I really love it. I used to go camps for 2/3 days and my battery didn't die. But now, i even restart my phone before i sleep and the batt was 88 and the next morning i woke up it became 76 i don't know why but please help me. I never update my phone or anything and it still in kitkat version. Should i format or reset my phonee. Cause im really sad :(
