going with inhell is the only bad thing in zenfones...it's so inefficient. snapdragon beats it many times over in all aspects...

Really amazing mobile u never get like this mobile in this price range Asus did good job and they r giving more often update to satisfying customers difnetly amazing mobile

well i have used the zenfone 6 for 1 week now and i dont understand why my zenfone 6 is quad core ??? i used Cpu z and 3 ather programs and say the same quad core HR ???

I have been using Zenfone for 3 weeks or so. Still have bugs with the default music player. It has some problems playing songs from Google Drive. Have to opt to use Google's music player to play songs from Google Drive instead. However retrieving songs from Dropbox and OneDrive is not a problem. Have some problems connecting to wifi using my Blackberry Q10's hotspot function. It keeps highlighting that there was an authentication problem even when the password was correct. Power Saver icon not working as well. Keeps pushing the 'Unfortunately, Power Saver has stopped' upon clicking on the icon. Overall performance of the device is OK for the money that you are paying. Hope Asus sorts this bugs soon.

I've been use zenfone 6 for three month and now I've got some problem...my zenfone can't detect my 32gb micro sd card ....its only say that my micro sd card is only 978mb? please help me ? I've already checked up my micro sd card and theres no problem with my micro sd card.... what should i do? please help. and ive already reset my phone and its still the same....

i just got my zenfone 6 and when i tick the playstore icon it says app not installed. how can this be? how can i use this phone without playstore. how can i get playstore on there?

Owned this phone for over a week, and i really mean it when i say it's an absolute piece of crap, DON'T BUY IT.
Problems i've so far encountered with firmware 1.16:
- Phone hangs a minute or two into calls.
- Battery gets EXTREMELY hot behind the flash from just using the phone.
- Random hangs, especially a lot of the google based apps randomly closing with the "Unforunately, (app name) has stopped" and contiunes to close upon opening until a hard reset has performed.
After updating firmware to 1.17 the phone no longer hangs on calls, and google apps have only crashed twice.
But still, the phone gets quite hot during normal use, it has to be almost permanently attached to a power pack otherwise it won't last 6hours of normal use.
Phone will also hang overnight, and require a hard reset each morning.
But worst of all, attempting to fully charge more than 50% will cause the phone to hang, and won't even restart with a hard reset: I have to manually take the battery cover out and disconnect it from the motherboard for an hour before it will start again.
All i can do is wait and pray Asus sort out the firmware so the Zenfone is usable, until then i'm back to Samsung.
