1st all i think this phone a great..yes,it so fun use this phone and the price are suitable for my budget..already buy it..now about 3 days i use the problem came..while use flip case mode,the phone cannot be turn on..it going dark..i have to make a force restart because this phone cannot take out the battery..today about 3 times same problem i have..really dissapointed and i have to claim a warranty..so for asus..make u sell a good item,not a piece of junk...and be more faster make a new update of kitkat version...this dual sim android ver 4.3 make a really problem on connection data with the same telco..

hi all...i just bought this phone yesterday so far i really satisfied with it but as mention by other the problem is still with FB so many time i try to install it still can use it...any suggestion how to use FB apps.....

Facebook app is older version and couldnt download the new one. I heard it couldnt be upgraded to 4.4.2 kitkat and please someone advise me on originality of this phone. Does it come with ori and AP set?

I just use this phone about 4 days. This phone look nice and good build quality for cheap price. I buy 2GB RAM / 8GB Storage version. Storage available 5GB and RAM available to use (free RAM) about 1.3 - 1.4 GB. I can't speak much about gaming, I try Temple Run 2 and it run smooth and nice. I think this phone maybe not so suitable for heavy gamer. Screen are good and nice to watch movie. Battery good, can last near 11 hours 720P video. In web browsing for now I can get near 5-7 hours. So battery good in video and average+ for web browsing. Known problem in this phone for now is Facebook apps, GPS on 3G network (some people complain can't use GPS on 3G network. Thank God, I can use GPS on WiFi and 3G without problem) and some firmware update can cause problem and battery drain sometime. I love this phone and hope ASUS will give more update :)

can't update fb, 20 Jun 2014The original facebook in my phone can neither be uninstalle... moreI think both of us have the same problem. Its AP set. After googling for so many articles. I think the only solution is to root the device but it will void the warranty. Any experts pls help..

can anyone help to give opinion how to uninstall the pre-loaded facebook app for this phone? It can't be used with data connection , only via wifi. And the version is too old. Uanable to update or install the newest version of FB from play store too.
