According to me even the rotating camera is an unnecessary feature. The best models are: The ROG Phone, S9, Pixel 3, Pixel 3a. I don't care about the brand of pen I use but, I am keen about what I write.

Nancaku, 29 Jun 2019I beg to differ because this phone cannot compete with anot... morewhile i have to agree with ZF6 being a budget flagship, zenui 6 has seen major improvements from its predecessor. it is very close to stock android now. it also has some features that some other non-premium flagships in its price range dont have like headphone jack, triple card slot, huge battery, and stereo speakers. some may see the lcd as a turn off but some people prefers lcd over amoled so it depends on preference.
however i do agree on pricing, though not as extreme as your example. myr500 can only get you a decent midranger. with all the aggressive pricing from the chinese manufacturers it is inevitable that ZF6 will fall off the radar when its finally becoming available here

This phone is categorized in non premium flagship how come it can compete with premium flagship. It should compete with another non premium flagship which cost lesser than this phone. And this phone are not using Stock/Vanilla Android as is operating system but Android with ZenUI 6 on its skin.

The Zenfone 6 has all the features that no other phone have. Only Zenfone 6 has a dedicated microSD card so it has three slots (two of which is SIM cards), it has a notification light and every underrated features that flagship phones these days dont have.
This is a real flagship.

Simply just waste time to argue over this flagship thing, I will consider buying this ASUS Zenfone 6 when it is officially sold at my region.
My second pick for this year is Redmi K20 Pro, I don't care about flagship, I just care about price and features.

But the phone "Asus 6z" is not flagship as claimed, they are value flagship's . For your knowledge even "Oneplus 7" or "Oneplus 7 pro" doesn't come under flagship which costs you around 32k and 48k respectively and lacks in so many features because, its simple they are not flagship phones. You cannot complain that they dont have all the features in a value flagships. Though "Asus 6z" is the only phone in its price segment which provides all and most of the useful features which none of the value flagship smartphones provide.

This is it, this phone have everything, except no AMOLED, no wireless charging, no IP rating, no telephono camera, by today high end standard.
But it is complement with 3.5mm headphone jack, triple card slot with dedicated dual sim and Micro SD slots, 5000mah battery, flip camera that makes the screen no notch, stereo speakers.
Those nitpick on it's cut corners, please make yourself easy, pick other smartphone. There are plenty of choices out there for you to choose from.
Not try to protect this smartphone, but I appreciate their effort for bringing the price down without cutting too much features.
Please, do a fair comparison, don't just spread the hate word to influence people's purchasing decision.

Well, I can disqualify Apple iPhone XS Max, and Google Pixel 3 XL as well, because those have small battery, no memory expansion slot, no headphone jack.

OP 7pro is a bit pricier as well as Samsung A80 and Oppo Reno. you can also go to Realme X for 160Euro which has a good specs but not as good as this.
