It's almost perfect for me. The only complaint I have with it is the metal frame instead of a plastic one. Love the fact that it has a headphone jack for my high-end earphones.

OK, been rocking this bad boi for some time now.
Build: Looks interesting, feels solid, back gets dirty, glass is easy to scratch.
Packaging: Charger and a case that is waaay too thick.
Display: Good colors, DC dimming.
Battery: Used to last a crazy amount of time. Like 2 days no problem, 3 if you use it less intensely. Lately my network started consuming A LOT of power for some reason.
Camera: Well, my old phone is iPhone 11, and it most definitely took better shots than Zenfone 9. Decent midrange photos, but nothing special. Gimbals are cool for video, though.
Headphone jack: Works well. Not having to stick Lithium-ion batteries in my ears feels great.
Software: Annoying bugs. Infrequent updates. Only 2 years support?! Main weak spot of the phone. At least they let you unlock the bootloader, so I hope there's some good ROMs in the future.
Summary: Sane feature set (unlike any other phone on the market), but it has a lot of quirks I wouldn't expect at the $800 price point. Would've probably sold 10x the numbers if they could tone down the specs and sell it for $4-500.

This is a great phone! If only more manufacturers made phones of this size. I am not need of such high specifications so it is a bit expensive for me.
