No problems so far.... recently bought this phone.
After 2 OTA updates, I did factory reset and this phone performs well (in my case).
Yes, ASUS will push Lollipop OTA to this phone somewhere in Q3 this year.

John, 17 Jul 2015Asus zenfone 4 is much more better than asus zenfone c,espe... moreyou think that only hardware does a lot...i think the built quality of zc is not as good as z4,the back cover tells the same...i am also surprised with this issue...zc intel z2520 is not performing like z4 z2520....reason unknown.

AnonD-414123, 16 Jul 2015i got no problem in gaming, maybe you just got a counterfei... morei have a total of 6 ZenFones including z4,z5,z4.5 and 3 ZenFone c's.i have played asphalt 8,assian creeds in my z4 and z5 bought a year ago,it plays it absolutely fine even in high graphics..z4.5 also does the same bought 2 months ago...i get 3 ZenFone c from flipkart 3 weeks ago for me and my friends...but this model sucks.does not support as8 in very low graphics..phone is also getting hot.camera is not like z4.

asus zenfone c is the best phone to playing clash of clans,for example when you're touch building at your village,the sound was different,,it's make me happy.thanks to ASUS.

gaming is very bad in this phone as compared to asus zenfone 4 that supports almost all games very smoothly...asphalt 8, mc5 runs fine without any lag in z4 but it is not even playable in very low graphics..viewing angle of the display is very poor.....i gets surprised with this phone that even having the same hardware as z4,why it is lagging.z4 is the best mobile upto 6000...it is better than lenovo a6000,a6000 plux,qlux 4g...but this phone sucks.
