Just fully drain your battery and charge it without turning on the device. After the LED turns green, wait for about 15 minutes for battery trickling stage. After that unplug it from charger and turn it on.
Note: Please charge your device when it reaches 20% battery. Frequent battery draining will affect the life span of your battery.

i bought zenfone go 5.5 after using it in 2 days, i'ved noticed that everytime i charge it it is full then u can see 100% in the battery but if you used it it starts in 88%. what is the problem with this model?

i bougt this phone, ive use it for allmost 2 and half weeks, and got no power . so ive brng it to service senter sept. 2 untill nw my phone still there waiting 1 and half months.. o dnt no wat happening..the service snter said i will wait,, wait for wat? up to d warranty ends or wat.. i hit asus

Syap, 13 Aug 2016Why is it the camera resolution setting show 1.4M and 2M. ... morei bought this phone a week ago i didn't encounter any issue about gps gps is good i play pokemon go without issue the camera is good front and back low light etc... the battery is good i play clash of clans anything so maybe the you have is not in quality it depend how to use your phone more power asus... make thing better....

This phone is easy too laagggg because of the updates off all the app..touchscreen is not good as samsung..gaming experience with this is too too too bad..but the camera is good..

i have bought asus zenfone go latest version on date 05-10-2016 rs.9800
but some problem have in this phone 1.) camera 3mp but quality is very poor, touch problem, and reliance jio sim not activated due to not generate bar code.

Listen,this is my 3rd ZenFone, I know how to use GPS, I use it everyday and am using my zenfone selfie while waiting for the service centre to fix my phone. Don't try discrediting me. You must work for asus , always try to blame the customer and not the phone.disgusting

I have sent it twice already for the GPS problem the 1st time is after a month of buying and after I got it, it was only working for 1 month and now it is back with the service center. I won't recommend you to buy this model.
