Make sure your device is updated to the latest firmware version.
For WiFi issue also check with the router you are using if that is getting connected to other device properly.
To check if this is a WiFi hardware issue try SMMI test :
How to Enter SMMI_TEST (test hardware)
Go to Calculator=>type " .12345+= "
you will be entered to SMMI_TEST

Please don't buy this phone.
You cannot move APPS to sd card. Its useless, 8GB internal storage but used only 4GB for your files.
Many complain about this memory issue.
