I bought an asus zenfone go 2 days ago, and started to face many problems. Lags, cannot responding, screenshot takes about forever to save! I thought asus was better than any other phones. Pls help me.

My contacts are always missing and my phone always lag, the camera, gallery, or any other apps are the same too, "camera is not responding. Do you want to close it?" I cant even snap/delete a pic! Pls help me!!

When i want to take a photo, the camera sometimes said "camera has stopped working" or else, and the gallery too. Is it normal? Cause i just bought it tho. 😢😢

Just bought it. Feels good. Great design. Everything smooth. Battery quite good with balance used with internet and gaming. I can hold it for 3-4 hours with standby screen. But the speaker is a down point. Too slow

Yes nice phone with smooth interface, gaming, etc. only problem is battery drains so fast though not a hindrance, it only drains fast on data, but for normal usage, it rocks and lasts normally... Nice phone and great design great ergonomics,...

Natzkie, 17 Dec 2015how to take a screen shot.Quick way is press the power button and volume - at the same time to screenshot.
Alternative way is using the ZenMotion -> "Shake Shake" feature, but this is only works when apps is open, cannot work on Home Screen or Apps Drawer screen.
