Asus Zenfone is really bad experience for me. I got a issue with his hear speaker and headphone slot within 6 months and Asus Service centers approach towards solving problems is really very Poor. I had given them phone thrice but same issue pertains. So summary is Anyone should never buy this companies phone. Quality is less

PDR, 03 Jan 2021I have been using MPM1 since Nov'18 and have recently ... moreI think Asus has stopped software updates for this phone. Last Android security update delivered was September 2020. So if you are not into tinkering with the software, your phone is software obsolete. You will have to think about investing more money in a new battery now that the phone needs you to do more software maintenance work yourself.

Will you recommend replacing the battery? Or should I go for a new phone altogether?

to whoever read this:
do not, i repeat do not try android 10 beta from asus website! it's gonna destroy your phone!
for example: video recording always force close after a few minutes, pubg gameplay/performance stuttering every few seconds, battery drain really super fast like you only have 1000mah capacity, ghost touch here and there.
is better stay on stable pie, hell.. if you can don't update pie. oreo is the best version for this phone! trust me.
sorry for the caps, i'm really having bad 2 weeks since trying android 10 beta, gonna downgrade soon.

i got this phone Nov. 2018 and until now still working, im a hard core gamer and i play alot of time. this phone still never give up.. but why you guys remove your stores here in the Philippines im a Asus Fan..

Genshin doesn't really work on this phone. On the Play Store, it says 'Your device isn't compatible with this version'. This is based off the 3GB RAM + 32GB version though, since that's the one I own.

Having used it for 27 months, my phone gave up.
-After 1 year, I noticed a bump on the back due to battery, I bet most of them have the same issue.
- Battery died after doing its job. Needs replacement.
- Faulty Fingerprint scanner, Issue persisted since phone purchase.
Having replaced the screen once due to physical damage, I kept this phone aside as 3GB was not enough for today's use.
Was totally a decent phone. RIP Asus MPM1
