hey i will give my honest opinion ...i bought this phone 4gb ram variant
looks........gorgeous, curved display, stock android
features.......zen motion, double tap to wake, split screen , picture in picture mode, face unlock...most trending and future proof phone
audio quality....so loud enough even this earphones quality is good
camera........amazing quality in day time...good in low light
battery..... 1 and half day for sure for a heavy user, gamers..cant discharge battery in 1 day
performance .....we can get superfast experience with sd636 ...pretty smooth in gaming
ram management......perfect for a 4gb ram variant
charging time.....2 and half hours for 0-100%
and finally selfie camera is much better than all redmi phones..my suggestion is use youcam perfect app for selfies because stock camera app needs update
this is finally a KILLER of REDMI NOTE 5 PRO

although Asus has not say that it's support fast charging but I tried with Motorola turbocharger and on the lock screen it's displaying "charging rapidly" so I'm confused here!
Can somebody help hereby explaining??

Stock Android, on its own, is bad enough; even worse when they stack **** on top of it. Samsung (really!) takes the cake, but - as you say - Xiaomi MIUI firmware is probably just as bad as Apple, with their proprietary box-all-of-your-money-out-of-your-wallet OS.
Though, come to think of it, Apple **must** be worse: because, they are operating -heavily- under the guise of "security" and "privacy", while running their crazy, crazy, user-robbery agenda. Can't even talk about it reserved, any longer, as it has gone beyond any sensible (or, any other) limits; like, way! Pftt.

Did anybody know the other asus like this but only hd display and 4000mah battery and sd430 only and its cost like this phone from the 3gb and 32gb... asus zenfone max pro 11000rs and the other one im saying is the same price and the name is asus zenfone max....please help me im so confused

Anon, 13 May 2018Dual apps can be installed separately with third party apps... moreBut bro.. Native solution is always better. I do not trust third parties apps. Parallel space requests so many permissions to run which I don't like. Samsung has Secure Folder which lets you use a different space and also dual apps, so does Xiaomi. Unfortunately the Zenfone Max Pro doesn't come with this feature natively. We can request Asus to provide this feature in future OTA update since it is running Android lightly modified by Asus.

Luxor, 14 May 2018Did you update it yet? There are around 4 minor updates aft... moreAll updates are done. Still RAM management is quite bad. Zenfone Max Pro is not a bad phone, Just not as good as Xiaomi phones. My old Redmi Note 3 had no problem in handling with 150 installed apps and multiple apps running in the background. I could have bought/wait for a higher RAM version but since 3GB RAM of Redmi Note 3 was more than adequate i bought this 3GB RAM version. Big mistake.

Ram management out of the box is very aggressive too keeping things snappy. I wonder how yours end up being very opposite of it. Btw, 150 apps or 30 apps are overkill for a midranger. This is not even a flagship. Lower your expectation a bit more.

I use chrome while listening to Google play music in the background and the RAM falls to 300 MB. This is not a smart phone. It is a stupid phone. Call and network reception including wifi is the best I've ever seen on a mobile phone.

Another thing I like this phone better is this is a true dual sim 3 slot phone, 2 dedicated sim slot and 1 dedicated Micro SD card slot.
The only thing I skeptical is this doesn't support Qualcomm Quick Charge.
