In Flipkart its written it comes with CAT 4 LTE modem,but the snapdragon 636 chip supports CAT 12 LTE modem. I want to know which LTE modem it actually support.

But you can always opt for high end phones then you better look for high end flagships. You get everything that's latest. It's a steal in the budget segment.

AnonD-754860, 26 Apr 2018competition makes the phone cheaper:-) I think zenfone max pro camera is the reason why it's cheap. It's using an omnivision sensor while redmi note 5 pro uses sony sensor i think and there's no image stabilization on max pro. However if you want an all rounder then wait for the 6gb ram version of max pro it's going to have a better camera while relatively cheaper than redmi note 5 pro. Other than this everything is similar between the two phones. And i think software upgrades are going to be more consistent on max pro as it is running on project treble.

The initial launching time of this product by ASUS is very precise, just a few days after XIAOMI launched Redmi Note 5. But again the consumers again let down by both vendors, because their sales strategy Flash Sale is only available on one online service store LAZADA and the amount very limited units. But I'm sure ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1 especially series 6 GB RAM will seize XIAOMI market in the middle-class android segment, because Xiaomi not launched the series Redmi Note 5 Pro in Indonesia. If only ASUS marketing strategy for this smartphone like massive like brand Oppo and Samsung, it is not impossible this type will be killer all Brands of middle class smartphone in Indonesia.

I have used a similar phone whe... morejust put a tempered glass it hardly cost 50-100 Rs , this vs redmi pro series both os them are different if you want better camera , dual band wifi then redmi note 5 pro,but if you want better os , big battery then asus is the way to go

With all of the hype and them bragging about this phone you'd expect it to at least have 8gb of RAM and a snapdragon that's newer than the 600 series.
