Last week i buy a new ZenFone max pro m2. After full charge to 100% my battery just drop 100 to 95 in 3 minutes only with screen actived.... People says that battery last 2 days but i have a problem here, android 9..,. Someone knows how to fix it? Im from brazil, sorry for my bad english

I am using max pro m2 since the day it was updated to android 9 I am facing severe battery drain problem expecially during night I lose 30 per battery while in sleep mode Asus didn't fixed it till now there update always show they fixed this that exept battery drain I will never ever buy any Asus mobile in future this is my pledge

3 media voice is low campare to pie

Can we fix this issue??
If not, then i shall downgrade by phone back to android 9.
And please dont ask me to check my cable or adapter. I tried by changing both. Used Ampere app too. Just after i restart my phone, it charges fine for like 30 secs and then it gradually decreases to slow charging.

For the Last 2 weeks I am facing a problem in my Max Pro (M2), when someone calls me it doesn't appear on the screen. I have to check in notifications and then answer the call from there. How can I solve the issue? Please help me it's terrible to see and answer the phone-calls.
