i bought this phone for how many months already and i would say that i am not totally satisfied to this phone because when i playing mobile legends, its so lag even if it has 6gb RAM, also when the battery is 10% its so lag.

I have this phone and every so often I am unable to swipe type on the keypad, and I have to turn the screen off and on again for swipe to start working again. Rather annoying

I am using this phone for almost 4 months now,1 thing id like to say is (if your location has poor signal history DON'T EVER BUY THIS PHONE) this phone is very slow in receiving signal even when connected to a wifi TRUST ME!

I bought this exact phone in early 2019 and everything is great except for the massive fact that there is no NFC in the phone and Google pay therefore will not work. I have 2 questions for ASUS geeks or staff:
1. Does anyone know why this phone is advertised as having an NFC but actually doesn't?
and...
2. Is there going to be any patches or updates to include NFC in the near future?
*This is absolutely necessary to use Google pay! We cannot use phone to pay without it!

Worst experience with Asus. Not able to charge phone at all. To charge the phone first i need to switch it off.
No assistance from service center and from asus as well even after submitted 3 times in service center in past 2 months.
