Anonymous, 16 Mar 2017the phone is in boot loop. try to download the OS at the we... moreI send it to service centre where i purchase the phone. they said its water damaged. maybe because my mom hand was wet that time and the water get into the audio jack hole and touch the board. luckly the service centre service the phone for free this time only. cause the warranty to void. have to be extra careful with the audio jack hole.

Buyer!!, 09 Mar 2017anyone can tell if this phone is good to video apps games!Yes its good,on video,. Cameras is clear, the most i like in this phone is the battery 5000 ,it takes for a long. Ever im using data.

Asuse zenfone max is very confortable to used. After Volte update, signal reception quality is quite good and stable.
Bt here some feature are still lagging..
1. Video calling option
2. FM Radio recording
3. A dimmer light warning at the time of screen displayed is Off.

AnonD-643864, 14 Mar 2017today my mom's phone suddenly got the audio jack connected ... morethe phone is in boot loop. try to download the OS at the website, paste it on your SD Card (just outside the SD Card, don't put it in a folder), shut the phone down, go to the recovery mode, install the OS you download and then factory data reset.

Purchase this marvelous smartphone 3 months ago. I find no faults on this one. Big wide screen to read and see for an old bloke like me. Battery life is way to go!

today my mom's phone suddenly got the audio jack connected on the notification. Then I restart the phone, cannot turn on. stuck at Asus logo with powered by android screen at the bottom and then Asus logo with the circle below the logo that we usually see before the phone turn on. it keeps on repeating not stop but not turning on. I try to charge it, it vibrates but then black screen appear until now. no logo no charging sign at all. even the charging led did not light up.
