Don't buy Asus!!!!!
After a while the phone doesn't read sim card. When you need your phone you always see sim card problem. Even when you try with other sim cards. İf you planning to buy an Asus phone just try to google 'asus sim card problem' first

So with all the problems, is safer to not to do any firmware upgrades for now? Even if a prompt message shows up?
I'm waiting for my zenfone max ZC550KL model to be delivered.

prashanth, 08 Sep 2016over heating and hanging problem I had hang problem but could solve it simply by doing soft reset! Here's what you should do!
Step 1:
Press and hold Power Button and touch Power off the menu to shut down your mobile device.
Step 2:
After complete shut down remove the back cover, battery, SIM card and SD card.
Step 3:
Wait 15 seconds and put all removable things.
Step 4:
Turn on your mobile device.You have successfully completed soft reset.

Hello....after factory data reset, the asus music app icon is not found.. I have to depend on uc music . .kindly anyone can help?? How it Wil work out?

I can't download the apps,music,etc. directly to my SD card, bydefault all are getting downloaded in the phone's internal memory. Phone's internal memory is almost full. Please help me with the option at the earliest.........

i bought ASUS ZenFone max z010d by yesterday. as soon as connected to internet it prompt me to go for firmware and i to updated my phone firmware. but now i cant connect to a 4g network with continuity. it randomly get connects and disconnects. what can i do to solve the problem?
