Good Phone... I am using it for about one year. Good performance. Only one drawback is that it is heavy. But it is ok if we look at the battery backup. Please maintain 25 % free memory in internal memory and the phone works fine. I like the phone....

please read carefully don't ignore befor purchase this phone
i have this phone i m using since last 10 month.i have suffered 2 time disply problemn not because of my fault it is product fault. air dots was creating on top of the display at start from corner than cover top of screen like single line.
some times touch was not working due to this happen.
if company having fill this model have some fault please replace it and take it back .
totally third class product as well as cusromer care response was not good.

I have biught Asus Zenfone Max ZC550KL
Battery is the best, Glass is durables, Gorilla Glass 4, dropped several times but glass is good, battery good,
Charging fast, ram wise a bit slow, only 2 gb
Support 64 gb sd quite good, 2 sim card, internal 32,
After all once has some problem, service response from manufacturer good,

Ramenga, 13 Jul 2017I bought Asus Zenfone max and used it for about six month..... moreI think the USB charging port is broken. If even charging it's not working, it's clear. Go to a service and change the USB charging port and it will work again.

I bought Asus Zenfone max and used it for about six month... But suddenly it turn itself off... even charging is not working... Now I cant turn it on even after I ve tried so many times... I think this product is not good as it looks...even Lava( my old phone) is better than this product and last long as well... except battery...

Pretty decent phone with regard to all characteristics and specifically battery duration (paid by size and weight). AVOID BUYING IT, though, as the GPS antenna contacts are badly designed and after less than 6 months from purchase it stopped functioning. What's worst is that those who tried to reach out for ASUS assistence got either cheated (factory reset phone for a broadly known hardware issue? Leave your phone to assistence center for 2 weeks with no replacement?.. aren't we in 2017 ???) or did not get a proper solution. I broke my warranty, opened it, realized how badly it is designed and built, and decided it's the last ASUS device I'll own for this century. You've been warned !! :-D

I have been using my ZFM since October 2016, I bought it for USD 199. Every game I played even in the lowest settings tend to lag. I uninstalled every bloatware and still lagging AF! The only thing good on this is the battery.
Overall, this phone is a disappointment. Don't waste your money on this piece of junk. I should've bought a china phone.

i bought my phone last august 2016, and last april , the power button suddenly stopped working. its a good phone but there's a lot of problems that u might experience ..

mine died after I charge the phone. when you plug the phone to the charger, it will just heat up but the phone won't turn on nor it will not even charge, had this phone for a year, #RIPZenfoneMax
