I bought this phone day before yesterday i hardly get 2days of batt backup.. my device is connected to a wifi network. And i use whatsapp . Is there any problem with my phone?

i have taken today this phone i think it has only one drawback is its processor...i m getting charge it after then i will post all good and bads about this phone

I think my notification bar lags a bit.. is that normal? pleas reply.. I try to root but I can't and after a few try, my notification bar lag. I hope that is not the reason why it turn like this.

Hi guys, am using zenfone max now and am a little bit particular to tiny details. I noticed that the power button is quite loose. I am afraid that my max will encounter the same problem as my old zenfone 5 with damaged power button. Any suggestion please? How do i prevent it from further damage? OR IS THIS NORMAL? THE BUTTON STILL WORKS BUT I CAN SOMETIMES HEAR SOME WEIRD CLICKING SOUND. THANKS FOR ANY SUGGESTIONS OR RECOMMENDATION.

Yes I bought it today and I also noticed that concern and my dealer told me that ii is normal in ZenMax.

bought this device yesterday...My FM radio is not working properly...the only issue with it is that even on full volume sound is very very very low through headphones....I have already tried 6 diffrent headphones(high end branded ones) but the results were the same. anybody else have faced this issue ???

Got my Max 16GB variant two weeks ago, on the first 3 charging of the unit, i only got 9 hours of screen time, but afterwards, my battery backup is getting stronger, now i got 12 hours of screentime with still 24% left on my battery.
As of camera, sometime a little bit laggy on dark area, just wait few seconds before taking pictures or video, night and low light camera options is very effective.

I bought my Asus Max few weeks ago and I'm so satisfied with its performance. The battery is superb, good camera, smooth touch and hd display, very good for watching movies. It's cool when paying games, everything is working very fine, there's a blue light filter when eyes gets tired. The speaker is producing gentle sound to the ears but not that loud compared to other phones. It's a bit heavy but it's worth buying for. So much to offer but not cozzy. It's worth buying for. Take note, unlike samsung, there's no lagging issues.

I am facing so many problems regarding incoming calls,
Charger which was supplied with this handset was very third grade quality,
Pls. don't waste your money to purchase this mobile.
Battery and other features are good but third grade product regarding incoming call facility.

Phone is excellent in battery as compared to laser2 but camera is quite low in night but average in day.

Sir dis is naresh from hyderabad...I am facing lots of problems for my mobile sir..ex:speaker,torchlight,and double tap on screen display gets on for 5 sec,SIM slot dosent work,dis problem started 4 days after buying it so please help me out..I struggled ah month for buiying it sir..

I love the phone's Zen UI. The battery was a downer then for other models. Now Asus is king. I'm going to get one of these for sure. I love this phone.

Asked customer care about upgrading to marshmallow but there is no official update from company. Asus news section says max will get up-gradation in april may 2016

Bought it yesterday. It took 4 hours to full charge. Then upon checking battery data in Settings, it says "84% - 18 hour left of use," considering that I only used it for fb messenger and occasional net browsing while connected to WIFI.
I was hoping that since it has a 5000 mAh battery, 84% can go over 24 hours left to use.
