if you are using BSNL sim means , then phone drops 2% every 2 minutes , change the sim to other provider or remove te sim and insert the sim properly .
I experienced all week same problem , but I rectified my self .
after every major or minor update , you must do hard rese t the phone its compulsory.

NJ, 21 Aug 2017hard reset is same as factory reset right?yes its different .
hard reset will reset all datas and cooperate with hardware

i have this phone for more than a month and decided to sell it. dont get me wrong i love this phone the camera is super awesome even in low light you'll get clear crisp beautiful photos. the only problem i have with this phone is the battery life. i'm not even a gamer i only use this phone for surfing the net, checking my social media account and watching youtube videos using wifi connection. i rarely use my mobile data with this phone. i will have it fully charge and the battery will only last me 4-5 hrs in stand by mode and only 3 hrs if i just check my social media and watch youtube videos. even in standby mode battery drops 2% every 3 mins ven without using the phone. i did all i could possibly think off in extending the battery life of this phone but no go. it's a shame asus makes great phones they only suck when i comes with the battery life. hope asus do something about it. and oh BTW bloatwares are diffrent story....this phones comes with bunch of useless apps that u dont really need....
