Hello Dear, need help
I tried without success to downgrading android M to Lollipop. Because android M draining my battery so fast , i change the battery no new solution
i downloaded the downgrade firmware:UL-Z00T-WW-51.15.40.1582-user.zip on the asus official site support. And transfert to a SD Card. Few moment the phone detected the firmware , i clicked on , the phone restart to bootloader for charging the firmware.
Finally this the message it gave me:
Supported API: 3 Finding update package...
Opening update package....
Verifying update package...
E: footer is wrong
E:signature verification failed Installation aborted (E_UPDATE_BAD_PARAMSE)
Installation aborted.
E:Error in / asdf/ recovery/last_log
(Bad file descriptor)
E:Error in / asdf/ recovery/last_log
(Bad file descriptor)
Even if i tried wipe data , this operation is also failed

Most pathetic phone ever. Within 1 year its ruined. The camera, storage space, battery, everything is spoiled even though I maintained it in the best possible way. It hangs a lot and extremely slow in working. Waste of money. Absolutely zero value for money. I am regretting why I opted for asus. Most pathetic brand!

Asus released the new firmware for this phone , 21.40.0.2126 for WW version only
it cant be updated via OTA , insteasd its available as manual download .

Is there anyone here who found problem in camera quality after upgrading to Marshmallow? My Zenfone Selfie camera takes no HD resolution picture again. Blurry. And the focus is disappointing. I think these all appeared after I upgraded to Marshmallow. Thank you.

This phone is awesome. phone camera and phone hardware and software is soooo.. strong in the category. i think this is one of the best phone ever use in my life.

Joe, 31 May 2017I have been using this phone for past 5 months.It gets over... morephone gets heating depends upon ,
os designed ,
lots of bloatwares installed ,
lots of applications are running background without our knowledge .
users installed aplications actually t are not compatible with processor , ram
less hard disk space ,

Today again got update but asus again trolled without giving volte option. Great going.. This is the 3rd time they have given volte update. But still it doesn't work..
