cell phone does not work properly after updates so plz look after it . this is the 4th time i am facing the problem.
battery even though full charged cell does not switches on .
please help.

After i upgraded to Marshmallow my phone keeps on restarting. Without a charger plugged into it, it won't go to the homescreen. Please help me fix this phone

The WORST phone I have ever owned. I bought it a while ago for about 300$ (price in my country). I can NOT wait to get rid of it. As soon as I get a new phone I will smash this piece of trash with a baseball bat. It is EXTREMELY slow, PAINFULLY slow. The software is always FILLED with glitches no matter how many factory resets I'll do. The battery barely lasts 2 hours of moderate use (4G and GPS on and just browsing the web). The build is horrific , cheap plasic back, and the edges of the screen are so soft you can literally dent them with your nails. I know it is rather rate to post a review (3 years since this catastrophy of a phone launched) but I just wanted to rant somewhere. This phone made me lose all respect for asus as a phone manufacturer. They should just stick to laptops and graphics cards. That's all. Cya.

After Marshmallow Update I want to Format My 64gb MicroSD as internal storage.But there is no option available in Storage section as " Format as internal Storage ". Many other phones have this option. Is there any way to fix this problem. Pls help.

@Tanvir Recently I've found my ZD551KL facing significant battery drain. I'm not sure if it's because of the latest update, because I'm using Google Assistant, or because my battery is dying, but I don't think it's the latter two because (1) others who are using Google Assistant on their phones have not experienced nearly as significant a reduction in battery life and (2) the phone's screen-off time seems to be fine (8-20 hours); extremely rapid battery drain is only an issue when the phone is actually being used (drains in 1-2 hours).
Based on the comments here, others seem to be having this problem as well. This is a relatively old phone by today's standards and ASUS phones have a reputation for poor battery optimization so I'm guessing the 6.0.1 update screwed up the battery life and there are no plans to correct it. I ended up buying a new smartphone, and in the meantime carried a fast charger everywhere.
But who knows? Maybe it's not due to the 6.0.1 update after all, but instead something else. Our batteries could simply be dying. 2-3 years is a long time to be using the same battery. Fortunately, the battery on this phone is removable so replacing it should be an easy task.

I'm using this phone last 1 year and 8 months. I am still in Lollipop 5.0.1. I wanna upgrade it in 6.0. PLS anyone suggeste me do I face any battery issue in this update. What's the advances of this update

I used this phone for about year.
Its camera is pretty good but if you kept opening camera for long time it will heat the device quickly.. And i dunno bout other users but i had to set the network to 3G only to fet stable internet connection.. 4G doesn't last long so for me this device doesnt really support 4G and yes it does heat up a lot quickly then other phones and am having issues with that.. i wont go deeper but over all

4)had to update (1.5GB)
5)we can now get better featured phone then this at this price

This phone is good,it r... moreI've been using this phone for 2 years, let me share my opinion about this phone:
PROS:
- Very good Camera Quality -- if you are just after good pictures/ camera, this one is a perfect phone for you.
I bought Asus selfie pro last December, but I still prefer my Asus zenfone Selfie's camera.
CONS:
- Battery drains so fast, so you will need a powerbank or bring your charger with you all the time.
- Screen is somehow yellowish.

This phone is good,it r... moreYeah,that true,i also used it same period as yours,i agreed 100%,for those who want to use it for second phone,it performs good,it you use it for gaming,heavy social apps,lots of photography,You must always bring backup supply,its really bad,15 minutes on whatsapp it drop to 80%,and it only last 2 hours and 45 minutes screen on time on my marshmallow version,they say lollipop gives better battery backup,but the camera apps lacks a bit,but for what since it name is for photography i didn't downgrade it,i need the camera,i will give it last chance by changing new battery,i bought 2 types battery,the original one 3000mah and extended one 4000mah,can't wait to see how it goes,if it bad, maybe its time for new phone i guess..
