Award-winning designer praises the LG G6, watch the interview
World-renowned designer Torsten Valeur got a sneak peek at the LG G6 and came away impressed. He called the upcoming flagship “the ideal fusion of… beautiful shape and clever solution and obviously great user experience… the essence of what a smartphone is. And I believe that when you take it out and hold it in your hand, turn it around, look at it, play with it, you should be pleased by all the care and diligence that has been put into all the details.”
The expansive FullVision screen with characteristic rounded corners was the first thing to draw his eye. He went on to praise the attention to detail: the minimalistic design, the soft matte finish of the metal exterior, the flat back free of camera humps and the overall great ergonomics.
Mr. Valeur is the CEO of David Lewis Designers, which has won multiple design awards, so he knows his stuff. Here’s an excerpt of the interview:
The LG G6 hype train arrives February 26 and we’ll be first in line to report on it, see you there!
