Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge leaks in full: specs, renders, pricing

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge was just mere hours ago 'confirmed' to finally be launching on May 13. A previous rumor claimed it would be in stores in China and Korea on May 23, and then in more places starting on May 30.
Today a mega leak brings us all the details about the device, including a bunch of renders for three colorways and pricing information. So let's dive in.

The S25 Edge is said to cost €1,249 in Germany with 256GB of storage, and €1,369 with 512GB. As expected, that makes it slot in between the S25+ and S25 Ultra in the company's portfolio if we look at launch pricing.

The phone comes with a 6.7-inch 1440x3120 AMOLED screen with 120 Hz refresh rate. This includes an ultrasonic embedded fingerprint sensor. On top of the screen is a sheet of Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2, while the rear gets Gorilla Glass Victus 2. The frame is titanium.

The S25 Edge is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy SoC, paired with 12GB of RAM. The main camera is 200 MP with f/1.7 aperture and OIS, while the ultrawide is 12 MP with f/2.2 aperture. For selfies there's a 12 MP f/2.2 shooter. The handset will launch running Android 15 with One UI 7 on top.
The main compromise (aside from the lack of a dedicated telephoto camera) in the name of thinness is the 3,900 mAh battery, the smallest of the entire S25 family (though it does retain wireless charging support). That said, the S25 Edge is just 5.85mm thick and only weighs 163g. It also has IP68 certification for dust and water resistance.

Oh boy... Samsung needs to step up its game. We need solid state batteries with 60-100w fast charging, 5x optional zoom, a smaller flag ship and no wobbling.
