Accidentally i restored my benq, and after that i cant receive and sending a text. pls. help me,,, what do i need to do?

i bought this cell phone in new delhi(india). the phone is quite good bt, i face a problem that many times when i wana charge the phone after its completly out of charge it makes a small sound & gets switched off automatically also, that it gets hanged up manier times

If you got it from Bouygues... you can do this after six months free of charge with bouygues. call 614 customer service.

We have two 660c in our house, I bought them in Hong Kong last year I have never had a problem but I can not use the internet in Australia. Can anyone help me with any suggestions on how this can be over come, or is it the carriers that just won’t support this brand please help?

i have buy the Benq S670C in Itali, but i can't send mms and i cant become mms too. Have sb. a idea who i can become the mms configuration for this Handy? please write me for help.

This phone has some indeginous problems, a couple of them I have faced. First the phone hung up on the firt day I purchased it, and a couple of times till date. The only way out to the problem is to remove the battery and restart the phone. and here is more irritating problem. the ringer of the phone automaticaly turns off, and you start seing an icon in place of usual profile icon, which indicates that the ringer isnt working. There is no way out of this problem in the phone. I was lucky enough to get this problem fixed automatically for the first time, and now once again the ringer has turned off magically. still it hasnt restored. Can anyone on the forum kindly tell me whats wrong with the phone and whats the way out of this? Thanks.

I have a phone in VietNam from my uncle. It's very nice, but, I have a problem about phone key, screen key... I don't know lock number. So, anybody tell me to solve this trouble, thanks a lot.

The phone is good in grphics and display, but the rest its the worst one. GPRS and WAP are compatible with only some of the operators in INDIA (only HUTCH).The after sales service is the worst part from BENQ. They don't have any well qualified personal and they will say something like they need to get updates from the service provider or something and will leave us nowhere....i'm a victim of such an incedent and my opinion is like if ur seriously thinking of buying a flap mobile, then u can surely go for SAMSUNG as it comes in the same price range and it is much more better than BENQ.....
DO NOT GO FOR BENQ PLEASEEEEEEEEEE.......

This phone is cute !!!!!!
I have been using it for the past 6 months without any problem.My only worry is the memory. I have activated GPRS from the service provider thru which I can browse lot of WAP sites which provide lots of free downloads like pictures, Animations ring tones etc. Its worth the price.

I've been using this phone for more than a year.. from taiwan to manila. It's great, user friendly same as the other brand. No problem with the features. Classy and very elegant phone!

I have got it in my birthday. Nice and cool phone. But only one disadvantage that is you can't send ringtone to others. As its costomar care says that you can send only benq to benq. One more thing that its data cable is too much expensive @ 850 Rs/-. If anybody wants to sell his/her data cable than plz mail me.

I bought this phone few months ago. Basically the phone are good and nice. But currently i am facing a problem where i cannot switch on the handphone after i switched it off. The weird thing is i hv to connect to the charger then only i can switch it on. Can anybdy pls tell me wht is going on!?

hi
i bought this mobile over a month ago,
compared to the phones available in this range this is quite a good phone.. i came to know that it does not support bsnl!!
it has an amazing display,its got loads of features like gprs , java. regarding the ringtones and the pic msg the other mobile dont support the format so thats one disadvantage..true u cant compare the battery back up with a nokia but with loads of msg it gives me a back up of 2 days n talktime is about 4 hours...its a very neat phone.v good looking.. if u r in for looks its v gooooood.. overall its a diff phone
