I am a kenyan,and I write to you so as to know the phone code of my phone ie;benq.siemens e61.I was given as a present by a friend ,but to download song I have to fomat miniSD so as to listen to MP3s. it is a great phone and I had dreamet for one so it is to say it is dream which came true.IME 35851000581030 pliz send me phonecode and i will be very happy .

hi can someone help me i have no diskdrive onm my computer so i cant install the disc that came with the phone to put music onto the phone.. does anyone know if i can get the software for that on the internet??

This is a very convenient phone but getting the drivers for syncronizing the modem options has been difficult. How can i get this? Please get back to me and give me assistance on this.

i love this phone because its like a loud phone with bassically i thing it has everything u need like mp3 but there was a goood deal in argos where it was £99 with memory card and other it was a good deal so im trying to ask if u can put the price down so i willl buy it

To send SMS your SMS configuration must be right, so contact your service provider to the center number and the rest of the configuration that the operator uses to send the message...

everythings good about this phone apart from the fact i cannot send SMS messages. Every time i try to send one it fails. can someone please help me!

i got this phone last week just cant seem to get the mp3 player to work cant put any thing from my computer on it the manual is rubbish does not help at all if any one can help please email me

I loved this fone unfortunately the earphone port is extremely weak and after 5 months of using it i can no longer listen to music through the earfones,am gonna have to buy an ipod,i am peed off and wont trust this brand again!!!
