I am disappointed with this phone. Very slow speed, no downloaded program could be used as application. MP3 sound volume is not too high. Call ring volunme & Alarm volume are not independent. Phone book searching is difficult. Many many bad features. Only its outlook is nice!

My friend bought this phone and cannot say anything bad about it so far. I also work on phones full time and sell alot of these because they are simple to use but can store so uch music for a cheap price. Overall a good phone.

my dad bought this phone, took it to spain for a week and says the sound quality is great if you keep it on flat in the equalizer otherwise it goes distorted on rock or bass

At first look i liked it but when i went through the specs. i got disappointed..no bluetooth??? but with a camera??! anyway price wise it cheap.

i bought it last week.the phone is great. 1 to 10 the score is 8. lacks of wireless conection such as bluetooth and Irda. no java, it's ok nothing special on java. data cable is included in package. you can tranfer yer mp3 files easly just like blink yer eyes. if u're music lover grab it now.

Bluetooth or infrared should be there. Also and FM radio. This is a real setback.

For crying out loud... you need a SD-card! With a lot of offers you get one free... I myself bought a 1GB SD-card to go with it. I just wanted an affordable phone which can call, text and it had to have an mp3player. This phone meets all my requirements.
BenQ-Siemens created a phone for the people who don't need fancy W800i's etc. Thumbs up BenQ-Siemens!

hi can anyone help me ive bought the siemens e61 phone today and i love it but i just
cant get the software to load onto my computer when it says to take out the usb
and put it back in nothing happens its
supposed to say continue or something and
theirs just nothing there, also i went to
the removable file and tried to put an mp3
in maually and it worked but when i looked
on my phone it said it was empty can anyone
help.

i'm thinking of buying this phone, so is the sound quality good? its only 40 channels instead of 48(most phones now have 48) is this enough? also can music be played loud with the head-phones?

I sold my client this cell, a disappointing result, no bluetooth. May I ask how a cell phone carrying a card slot, cannot have bluetooth?I also spoke to BenQ-Siemens, and found that most of the consultants there dont know much about this cell. My advice is that this is the age of bluetooth as a standard feature, plz catch up! 1MB internal memory is seriously shocking as a feature.

For what I want which is to make calls and play MP3, this is perfect, forget the camera unless it is for the wallpaper.
Easy to use, very easy to live with.
Can set favorite mp3s as ring tone without having to pay a fortune.
