Well i got dis fone for xmas and atm im not very pleased, i herd it was a great fone for music but its rubbish i cannot transfer my MP3 files it doesnt have bluetooth for a fone of its standards its not worth the money to b hoest the camera isnt at all good and the sound is low sorry but ur fone is crap

I'm satisfied with the E61 phone.
First I had problems with MP3 files too when I tried to copy mp3 -directories to phone.
Then I copied the mp3 -files to phone and not the mp3 -directories and it worked. I also had "mass storage" -setting in phone when using USB-cable.
The internal loudspeaker's quality ain't for music listening, but when you use the hands-free headset, the quality is much better.

hey, ive just got this benq-siemens e61 for my christmas present....so far i am not too happy with the quality of the camera, and im not able to get any mp3 songs onto my phone, does anyone know how to help me? i really want some music on my phone...so yea please email me, and reply

Hello, I really would love this phone for my birthday, I think it would be a great 14th present! However, I am concerned about a few things, example is it loud when you play music? Im not bothered about the bluetooth! All I'm bothered about is calling people, and recieving calls, and playing loud music when im out with my friends - with a funky phone! I love the design! Your advice would be very much appreciated! Thanks x

mannnnnnn, why anybody buy this cp anyway?????!!!! this is not a cheap music phone!! not all mp3s file can be red!!!and usb 1.1?????????????? it slow like shit !!! need almost one hour to download 850mb mp3 to my 1gb sd!!!and just 65% can be red!!!! 1mb int mem???!!! what the heck is tat??? is 2006 eerybody , anyphone should have 10mb at least!!! in 2000 the price of color phone w/ camera is almost 200 dollars, and this e61 is not cheap!!!cannot download java???? why????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!! iwanhttt half of my sd used for game and apliction u know??? no html suport???just xhtml???cant record or play vdo??? i think the best under 200 dollars music phone is z530 from sonyericsson but it just support mp3 and aac. but it can red 70% of mp4 fie and it can read all 3gp file, and have svg tiny for 3d!!!!!! and its chaper than this bastard, z530 also hve bluetooth(support file downloading too u know) and irda (for connecting w/ old phone, who the hell still use irda anyway?), but the camera is bad it just have cmos vga. (the qualit is determined by the camera censor. the best is ccd, and pixel determine the size of picture), although the screen sise and pixel number is the same as e61, but z530 is not tft but ubc, it cannot display briliant black color on its screen, and have annoyying pixel line; but its the best for outdoor, tft is dark under sun but ubc is better under sun, best for outdoor people) .and because of tat plz print the picture from ur z530 camera. but made in china bluetooth device that can be use for file downloading for only 5-10 us dollars.dont buy other made in, it expensive!!! almost 100 us dollars.why i ask u to buy it? because z530 doesnt come w/ cd and usb cable u must but it!but u can buy the foney or 3rd prty usb cable for it, it just cost u 7-10 us dollars. it have similiar firmware like the cheapest w series. or buy the cheapest w series it look like z530 and better music softwre, but more more expensive. so just buy z530 ok?. you can use the w sieries stereo handsfree, so u can use your big 3.5 mm hedphone, and if you wanted an fm rdio tou n use sonyericsson original handsfree that have an fm radio built in it.thx minnaaaaaaaaaa. hontoni arigatooooooooooooooooou

i bought this phone about 4 months ago
i think it is so so if we look at the price
anyway, i wonder is there java support in this phone?
cuz i can't download anything except wallpaper and mp3
is it possible to personalize it more than just mp3 player?

1. the quality of camera is soooo baadddd..
2. it can't take video
3. it doesnt has bluetooth
4. but it's simply in use, you can take the MP3 from your PC with USB cable datam just plug in to your computer then your pC will read is as memory stick/flash
5. max frequency of MP3 is 44 khz
6. it can be added by any software/games

Hi all,
I'm a bit interested in this phone, cause it's the cheapest MP3 specific phone without any other features that I won't need (I actually wish it doesn't have that nonsense VGA camera to make it even cheaper!). But anyway I'm still wondering, will it be able to play 320kbps MP3s?? The reason I'm asking is 99% of my MP3s are 320kbps, and I also read comments on the ROKR E1 that it cannot play MP3 >128kbps.
