I have used this phone for 6 months, on my opinion, it's a good phone.
The phone have nice speaker and good sound quality with it's headphone. The LCD is good too.
Some problems I got is the phone sometimes restart and connection is not really strong so I just listen my friend but he can not heard me.
I have update firmware after bough, it's work faster and longer battery life.
The bad is the cover, bad paint quality.
I have dropped many times but it seems no problem happened.

I have a ef81 cp i download many songs then I have 200 mb reaining memory but when I asked one of my friendto send me some songs for my mp3, the cp said that I have a low memory andit can't beinstalled same as in taking pictures, the savelocation is in the microcard but the pictures I had taken can't be saved in my phone. waht can I do with it??

Hi I have card for 1GB, but when I upload mp3s with my notebook for about 880mb of MP3s (DJ Sets from 30 to 120mb and songs up to 10mb), when I put the MicroSD card in my phone and when I turn it on my phone is seeing only 150mb of music data, where are the hole 880mb I don't know, If anyone know how to solute this problem, please write here or on zdravko@ultrafasthost.net ...

I have this phone for 18 months and its great. Of course I have upgrade firmware to 58 version.Ah also have in mind if something goes wrong during upgrading you will not lose your mobile you can just do a force restart and start upgrade again as many time as needed. Mine the first time I had upgrade to firm 58 Russian version and try this 3 times but when i have found the German did it from the first. I did drop it few times and still works fine has many futures you can use mp3 for ring tones and message tones too. Camera is not good battery life drops significantly and side silver finish peels off. Generally it never let me down its robust nice looking. It even has google maps ,dictionary, doc viewer,navigator, can hold up to 100 call records of each kind- missed received and dialed also keeps up to 100 messages and not only 10 as many other phones. But have in mind that Benq Siemens is no more so I doubt if it can be repaired even under warranty

this is a complete waste of money - I've never had such rubbish before - whoever designed this phone should be beaten

i purchased Ef81 it worked fine at beginning but after a couple of weeks when i took it abroad it stopped working and i couldnt even turn it on what would be the problem the battery or because i changed sim card into different operator

i have this phone, its crap from top to bottom! bad btooth, bad cam, bad software (upgraded, didn't help)the only thing good is the price 100eur or less nowdays, but you soon find out why its so low

its a very sensitive machine .. too many options but not inaf quality . its a hard too fiks it and if you do, its not rentable. sorry 4 my Tarzan english.

Great phone! Just update the software and you get yourself a wonderful phone. Amazing display, Star wars theme. Mp3s work as ring tone! I just love it.

the phone is very bad. the software is full of bugs. no call options, no mp3's as ringtones. it's a waste of money !!!! to bad.
