i have the same probleme.i can't view call options.....being mis-call,answerwd or dailed....so if you can in the future find the solution . so plase help me.thank you and good bye.

I have this phone for about a year and a half now so i can post my expieriance:
+ after several drops phone works great
- silver painting is gone
- battery life has dropped dramaticly
- phone is starting to bug (software glitch), sometimes does not switch on speaker.
Summary: if you intend to use it loger than a year, buy two of them :) or be ready for warranty repairs.

tis phone has the potential to do well but they need to take it off to market and re do it because it freezes at times and after having the phone for som wks i am no longer able to view any of my calls.

ups forgot to tell u that there is no way to use the internet alldow the phone is 3g u can use the videocall only

its 3 months now since i have the ef81.its a nice phone but the only problem is that no one can configure it in mauritius.i bought it because it was a 3g cell but cannot acess internet.anyone want to help send message on yad_manufan@yahoo.com

btw the phone is only good for his 2 megapixel that is the good part about this phone the rest ...... poor signal,very small battery life front cover made out of plastic not metal and the website doest work for this phone u cant get manuals updates u name it next time i'll buy a nokia 4 sure

yes u can put a mp3 as a ring tone btw the phone is not so good as it seems mine starts to have all sorts of problems
