Best avaiable media phones are SE w800,K750,Nokia 3250,Alcatel s853. If we compare them by the multimedia features,the best choice from them will be w800 or s853. I think that for it's price s853 is best choice,but thats my opinion.. 3250 is too expensive,also it's music feautres are not so good..(for this see the comepring between media phones in mobile-review.com) K750 is more buisnes telephone,don't have w800's big card and much better phones,also it's player is not good as the w800's. So at last for me Alcatel s853 and SE w800 is the best for the moment!

That's the stupidest comment I've ever read. So if it takes Nokia, say, 10 years to create a competitor to K750, will they be justified to ask 300$ for it in 2016? :-D

i jst agree wid PcMan!..but i suggest evry1 2 but W800...dis iz becauz, OT S853 has a great prob with itz driver..i min 2 say installation program in pc..plus itz bluetooth iz rediculous!..when da turn comez 2 S88....itz widout mem card n IrDa..i think sum1 told abt K750...S88 iz cheaper dan K750..wel i say.. K750 iz far much betr dan S88..it is equiptd with da best camara evr..
ol it dependz upon u guyz....whethr 2 buy S88 or W800....lastly i wud say...W800 iz much btr in multimedia sector..dan S88..jst compare it....wen r u buyin...buy da best 1!

just saw the advertisement in my local daily newspaper and I was so excited to tell you all that the price of BS S88 is CHEAPER than K750!!! it cost Rp 2,750,000.00 (approx USD 305.00). Wondering it'll falls for next month to be USD 250 - 280......... 8)

The price will decide will the phone be a hit,or just a expensive stylish phone with great camera and innovatory display. One Alcatel OT s853 is much better in multimedia features,except the display and camera for 100euro less. But for s853's price it's not good for BS to cell s88 in price even with the se w800,only the display,3d sound and the camera is better in s88 than w800's Also the quiality of sound is unknown,so many people wrote here and didn't say how is the mp3 player,or thi headphones. w800's price in Germany is 340euro including VAT. At the same time s88 is 377euro incl. VAT. If you simply calculate w800 for ~340euro(around) have 512card in package+38mb phone memory,than you calculate s88 for around 370euro with 16mb and no card in the package.. Than you buy at 512mb for exaple MicroSD™ for around 30euro. At same time alcatel ot s853 is around 260euro with VAT and 10mb+30euro for separately mini sd card,the s853 have push to talk,irda,bluetooth,HTML browser,EDGE,better batery(330h/8h) and mail client,all this non-existence in s88.. my personal choice will be between w800i or OT s853,both more features for less money than s88,except only s88's display and camera.. good luck BS,non-expected start

u people are really unbileivable,This is a phone with great features.....and someone comes and tell me there is no radio!!!!!!!
and another comes and say,there is no infrared!!!
and probably if there were no bluetooth,then u will complain about that!!!
and lets not forget another one that comes and say that the joystick is hard!!!!!
and for this reason he made the phone rubbish!
are u crazy?????
this is a nice phone with very good features,
and a nice design and all!
and after all its a PHONE not a radio!!!
please people use ur mind!!!

ok, i actually bought this phone at bugis just yesterday. I was really taken in by the design. aesthetics wise, this phone scores high in that department. interface not too bad as well compared to my previous samsung.
Ok, here's my gripes: profile mode very inflexible, unlike nokia which allows u to change yr profile name. worst bit for me, the freaking stiff joystick. really bugs me, makes navigation a real pain.
If u buy phones according to design, then go ahead and buy this but if you;re really picky about details and stuff, then i suggest u skip this. Far from perfect. I hope this helps.

In the front,it's desighn from some previous siemens,in the back,is absolute w800i,but i don't care! It's display is much much better,it's camera too! No radio,but in the end it can't be perfect! Some good price and it will hit the market as no one had ever before done it in the very beggining in such kind of union! Would be better if this great(seemly for now) phone came to Bulgaria soon in good price! And maybe my next phone,will see,comparing in the shop live in my hands! :) Good job and luck BS!

No Infrared? Why BenQ-Siemens series has no Infrared? Infrared is a standard feature in the old Siemens.

Its a joystick...
This phone is quite a all-rounder. As a 2.5G phone, I think it is maybe one of the best currently in the market.
Its display is really outstanding. I saw this phone in a telecom shop and its display really stand out from normal 262k colour TFT display. Even though it is same 176*220 display. Trust me its OLED really makes a different. It has a wide range of angle to view and make its photo viewfinder much more vibrant than conventional TFTs.

wat a mobile phone. i am using it. it dynamic 3d sound n oled display gives u more joy. 750 n800 r nothing against it. sound quality is more better than 750 n 800. battery time is too much. n its all in 394$

it's a great phone.but where's email,instant message,infrared and edge?they was found in s75,latest 's' series phone from siemens.complete s88 with it and it will be better
