The Galaxy A06 seems to be sporting a familiar Samsung design, perhaps a bit boxier than its predecessor. According to the source, the handset measures 167.3 x 77.9 x 8.0 mm with a flat display on the front and dual cameras on the back. We also know the phone has a 3.5mm audio jack and a side-mounted fingerprint reader in the power button. The source also speculates that the phone's LCD will have a 6.7-inch diagonal and HD+ resolution.

A recent appearance on GeekBench, along with some other sources like an official listing on Samsung India's website have also revealed some other details. Apparently, the Galaxy A06 will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC, just like its predecessor, the Galaxy A05. It will also have 6GB of RAM, with other memory versions possibly available as well, a 5,000 mAh battery and 15W charging.

We expect Samsung to unveil the Galaxy A06 any day now, which will finally allow us to see its differences from the Galaxy A05.
