It may not be pretty but it's features are good and it's not that expensive. The keypad can be disorienting though because it is in QWERTY format but you get used to it. It also allows the user to access email, this is good for people constantly on the move and would like to stay connected without having to pull out their laptops.

What the hell is this it looks like one of those childrens toys that teaches you how to count and say "dog goes Woof" and stuff!! V-TECH!!! haha this phone is a joke just give up blackberry or start sellin em as door stops
