you can download the browser(for example I have downloaded the opera mini) then through Blackberry desktop manager , you can install it into your phone.

mu ruim card of reliance is working and all gsm cards are working but my question is if programming with hcc of reliance from ruim to nonruim is possible or not so that one time gsm and cdma is working only change of network from 1xev to gsm if possible give suggestion

I just was following instructions and it gave me an option to back the data.

This device is having crunch of memory, need to dele your old logs else it will criple.
Its memory is of 64 Mb but os its self consume more then 45 MB and hence leaves very less space.
Very poor device and should not be in the line of BB catogary.

This is my 01st time using a BB, so spare my dumb questions? when i connect the BB using USB cord and open the BB desktop mananger, it detects the latest updates of the applications available on the net. is it safe to accept these updates, will it harm the device in anyways. what is the safest way of doing the updates.

MY Msgs and call log gets deleted automatically every 15-30 mins.... everythin from the inbox, outbox, drafts, and call logs get deleted...
I am not sure wht is the reason can anyone recommend something.

You cannot get the browser until you have blackberry services enabled for 499/899 plan
I would advise you activate it for a day and install opera mini or bolt in this phone,
update the apn name in tcp settings as www(for Vodafone India) and if you have GPRS enabled in your phone, you should be able to access google maps, gmail mail app bolt and opera browser and all other applications which are not downloaded from VBB...i'm doing the same on my phone :-)

this symbol is to tell you that your phone's gsm capability is not enabled. go to options -> mobile network, and select the network mode as gsm. it should work
