this is the worse blackberry i have ever had . It is unreliable on calls , takes pictures of my pocket even when locked , starts playing music randomly . avoid at all costs .... companies who provide these to their staff are only wasting their time and increasing their frustrations

This fone is so horrible.pls dnt try buying it.av had it for just six months.the charging point has spoilt twice.just yesterday the touch screen stopped working.

I want to know how i can take the "TAKE A PICTURE" of the lock screen on my BB 9720 model. I hate this cause u land up taking pics of your pocket or inside my handbag. ?? please help

9720 freezes all the time- battery life very poor and does not ring or vibrate some time have to reboot all the time-will move back to samsung

I am very disappointed My new blackberry can only sent videos of 16mb and most of the videos is 20+ mb

I've loved this phone since I bought it, it's been my baby, I've had it for over a year. Its a good phone, but lacks many features, its freezes every now and then, but all it needs is a little patience and the Android operating system.
