currently im using my bold 9000 for BIS but while installed blackberry protect, i got message error infrmed that my device is not compatible with blackberry protect cause runned BES, how do i solve that? im using BIS not BES and register only for personal use.TQ

Track ball needs cleaning.Youtube video will help u out.
A new track ball costs 200 on ebay.in

Dont upgrade the OS.Its sluggish and cant take the 128 mb Ram... hitting alt + (LGLG) opens a log. Hit menu and clear the log.... the phone will become a lot faster.CHEERS.

Can any one tell me the version of BB OS when bold 9000 was first released. I have upgraded the OS and is very sluggish, i would like to revert back to the original version.
Also, ringing volume is very low. it cant be heard even though it is set to maximum.
Can any one please help me, sorry if the questions are repeated.
