I really dont know what the hype about the blackberry is, previously being a blackberry owner (company phone). the phones have to be the worse on the market "as phones" i mean for e-mails they are the best, but as for phones they are really bad. Most people have them cause they seem to think there important or like to act like thier important. But im real life you people need to get a life and stop jumping on the band wagon. Just cause a celebrity of your boss has one. So pathetic, in respone to lywa's comment, nokia n95 has out sold any blackberry handset and thats a fact, also blackberry connect can be found on specific nokia handsets. blackberry knew consumers would prefer using thier email software on proper handsets.

OOooo yes. I was get this phone last week (evaluation unit). This is my first BlackBerry and I am very happy with this smartphone. Litle problem is; apl 4 old version dont work here. Sry 4 bad english. My advice, wait 4 this phone!

However there are a few frustrations which I understand the bold has ironed out. Definitely wait! the browser is a lot better, screen resolution will be higher, it has 3G and wi-fi (both will help massively) To have a data phone without this is crazy and a massive oversight by blackberry on the 8300.
u will only be waiting a month or so and its well worth

We currently use the 8310 which is linked to an enterprise server but are unable to use the phone in Japan as they only use a 3G network.
Are you able to phone on a 3G network with this phone
